Thank you for your interest in volunteering! Attendee volunteers are the life blood of community events such as ours, and we very much appreciate your application. As an aside, attendee volunteers are not employees or contractors of Florentine Flock LLC, but rather attendees who help out in exchange for reduced or free tickets to the event!
In order to communicate effectively at our event, all attendee volunteers will need to have an Android or iOS phone and be able to download and run ntfy.sh - an open source notification application. If your application is accepted, we will send instructions on how to download and set this up. The app gives us the ability to coordinate and send instant notifications - and direct instructions in case of emergency situations.
If for whatever reason you are not selected to volunteer, you will be able to purchase tickets to the event at the current rates, which are:
Attendee volunteers will be required to sign and complete an e-waiver. The waiver will have liability release and indemnification clauses, possible NDA clauses if you will be exposed to sensitive information, as well as complete terms & conditions for attendance.
