Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in vending! Forbidden Frostland will have both a main vending hall (with single or double booths) and in-room vending for you to choose from at our event!

Vending Costs:

  • Main Vending Hall Single booth (approximately 8ft x 10ft): $250
    Includes 2 Event Registrations
  • Main Vending Hall Double booth (approximately 8ft x 20ft): $500
    Includes 3 Event Registrations
  • In-Room Vending (4 Night Hotel Room): $1,000
    Includes 3 Event Registrations. Beds can be removed for an additional $150.
  • Up to three additional vending registrations can be purchased for $75 each.
*Prices listed do not include NJ Sales Tax. Vendors have the option of paying by check or credit card. Credit cards are subject to processing fees.

Setup:
  • Thursday, January 14, 2027: 12pm - 7pm
  • Friday, January 15, 2027: 9am - 2pm
Main Space Vending:
  • Friday, January 15, 2027: 3pm - 8pm
  • Saturday, January 16, 2027: 11am - 8pm
  • Sunday, January 17, 2027: 11am - 3pm
In-Room Vending:
  • First floor of the hotel
  • Set your own hours anytime between:
  • Open After: Friday, January 15, 2027 @ 1pm
  • Close Before: Sunday, January 17, 2027 @ 3pm
Break Down:
  • Sunday, January 17, 2027: 3pm - 8pm

If for whatever reason you are not selected to vend, you will be able to purchase tickets to the event at the current rates, which are:

  • Tier 1: Registration + 3-Night Hotel Stay Tickets @ $119.00pp + 3 room nights
  • Tier 1: Registration + 2-Night Hotel Stay Tickets @ $139.00pp + 2 room nights
  • Tier 1: Registration Only Tickets @ $155.00pp

All vendors will be required to be registered and collect NJ Sales Tax, may not sell items that are illegal in the state of NJ, and sign and complete an e-waiver. The waiver will have liability release and indemnification clauses, as well as complete terms & conditions for vending and attendance.
