Welcome to Forbidden Frostland 2027!
We cordially invite you to experience The Florentine Flock's first hotel takeover event! If you've made it this far, thank you! We are very excited about what we hope to be the first of many such events.
Before we begin your registration, we have a few things you need to know:
- We kindly ask you to book rooms at our host hotel, at least until we sell out. If it appears we will not meet our hotel contract before the end of August, we may have to cancel the event. In this unlikely scenerio, you will receive a complete refund.
- All attendees must be 19 years of age or older as of January 13, 2027.
- All activities must be consensual. We have zero tolerance for any acts or language that are not explicitly agreed to.
- All attendees will be required to sign and complete an e-waiver before their arrival. The waiver will have liability release and indemnification clauses, as well as complete terms & conditions for attendance. These will be emailed to all attendees prior to the event. We hope this speeds up on-site check-in.
- All attendees must abide by posted safety rules and staff direction. Failure to act accordingly may result in removal from the event without refund.
- Registrations and hotel rooms are not refundable or transferable. If you have truly extenuating circumstances, please contact us at registration@forbiddenfrostland.com. We're easy to work with, but we take chargeback fraud seriously. Improper chargebacks will be subject to a $199 fee, possible ban from Florentine Flock events, and possible subject for legal action.
- Attend at your own risk. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Florentine Flock LLC, its owners, members, employees, staff, vendors, volunteers, the event hotel, the hotel's restaurant(s), any and all of the hotel's employees, officers, directors, agents and or assigns, as well as the ownership and management of any secondary venues used in direct connection with the Forbidden Frostland event, against any and all claims, liabilities or costs (including attorney’s fees) involving any personal injury, violation of consent, death, or property damage.
- COVID-19 Testing: All Attendees must present a negative COVID-19 test at time of on-site check-in. A limited number of test kits will be available to purchase on site, but we ask that you please bring your own. While we highly recommend you be vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19, you will not need to bring proof of vaccination as the CDC no longer issues or maintains COVID-19 Vaccination Record Cards.
- Payment Options: You may elect to pay in full via credit/debit card, pay over time using our payment plan option, or pay by check and save the credit card/ticketing processing fees. If selecting our payment plan option, your bill will be split into 3 equal parts. Your card will be automatically charged 33% at registration, 33% in 30 days, and the remainder in 60 days. If selecting our pay by check option, your payment will be due in 15 days. Follow mailing instructions as provided. Checks rejected due to insufficient funds are subject to a $70 fee.
